Workout Thursday (?)

I took these "after" pictures of myself just last week when I officially completed all 90 days of Chalean Extreme. I thought I'd go back and look at the first real pictures my mom took of me just 10 weeks earlier - 2 weeks into the program. I was so amazed at the side by side comparison. I thought you might be too! I am living proof that muscle burns fat!
I have now begun my second round of the program and am on "day 3." Once again, I am sore and it is kicking my booty, haha. I can't wait to see what kind of results I will get this time :-)
My goal is to lose 15 more pounds!
